We are an out-of-network and "non-preferred" provider for all medical insurance carriers, Medicare, and MediCal.

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard), debit cards, flexible spending account, health savings account, payment plans, or PayPal.  At the end of each visit, we will provide you with a receipt.

Rates for telemedicine/videoconferencing or in-person consultations:

​

• New patient visits (up to 60 minutes) - $400

• New patient visits (up to 40 minutes) - $300

• New patient visits (up to 20 minutes) - $150

• Established patient visits (up to 60 minutes) - $350

• Established patient visits (up to 40 minutes) - $250

• Established patient visits (up to 20 minutes) - $125

A surcharge could be applicable for home visits.

Fees can be re-assessed based on extenuating circumstances.
